STEP3

At the core of our initiative is STEP3, a meticulously designed phase for young people who find themselves on bail, lingering in the suspense of what the future holds regarding their charges. It’s a period filled with uncertainty, but it doesn’t have to be one devoid of support or direction. STEP3 embodies our commitment to these individuals, offering them a structured path towards personal growth and positive decision-making.

How It Works

Our programme unfolds in a series of strategic steps, with each phase meticulously crafted to address the unique needs and challenges faced by our participants. Over the course of three weeks, we engage with them for three hours daily, across three consecutive days each week. This structured yet flexible approach allows for deep, impactful intervention without overwhelming the participants, making each moment within the programme count.

The Impact So Far

Having run as a pilot for the past 12 months, we’ve been privileged to witness transformational results. Two stories of remarkable change stand out, symbolising the potential for turnaround and the promise of a new chapter. These successes are not merely numbers or statistics; they are living proof of the difference we can make when we come together for the betterment of our youth and society.

Partnerships That Power Change

Our programme thrives on collaboration, bringing together the expertise and resources of Social Services, Cleveland Police, and various other agencies. This multi-faceted approach ensures that participants receive comprehensive support, tailored to their specific circumstances and needs. Referrals are made seamlessly through these partnerships, ensuring that those in need of our service find their way to us without hurdles.

Looking Ahead

As we look to the future, our mission remains unwavering: to empower young individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to navigate their legal challenges and reduce the likelihood of reoffending. Our journey thus far has been filled with learning, growth, and hope – a testament to what can be achieved when we unite for a cause greater than ourselves.

We invite you to join us in this endeavour, whether as a participant, a partner, or a supporter. Together, we can forge pathways to brighter futures, one life at a time.
